Implementation of strategic HR projects in cooperation with Human Resources Director.

Supervising of ongoing projects in cooperation with all stakeholders and addressing the challenges in project execution.

Managing independent projects.

Attending meetings, preparation and distribution meeting minutes, summarizing, and distributing crucial information and arrangements, following up action items.

Reporting, preparing presentations and managing documentation.

2 – 3 years of experience as a Board Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator with proven experience in close cooperation with Management Board.
Very good spoken and written English (min. B2)
Strong team-player with the ability to motivate others, skilled communicator.
Goal oriented.
Problem solving skills and efficient time management.
Proactive and with strong sense of ownership.
Project Management skills.
Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks.
A higher degree preferably related to Project Management.

Possibility to develop within HR Department or in Project Management.
